a list of  some of the most commonly asked questions.
1. WE NEVER SEE THE SAME PERSON CLEANING.  WILL WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR COMPANY?
At Genie we understand the importance of this question.  We also know that never dealing with the same people poses a security threat to your company.  With Genie you will not have this problem.  The Managers, Supervisors, and Field Reps. and Cleaners that service your facility will be permanently assigned to your company so that you do not face this problem.

2. WE NEVER SEE ANY SUPERVISORS.  THE CLEANERS ARE LEFT HERE ALONE NIGHT AFTER NIGHT.  THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE TRAINED AT ALL.  WILL THIS BE THE CASE WITH YOUR COMPANY?
With Genie, the people most responsible for the cleaning of your facility are the Managers, Supervisors, and Field Representatives.  They are directly responsible for making sure that that the cleaners perform their jobs correctly and that they  have the chemicals and equipment necessary to do their job.  The Cleaners assigned to your facility will not be left alone and the Management team is responsible for making sure you are 100 % satisfied with our services.

3. WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM WE CAN'T GET ANYONE TO RESPOND.  IN THE EVENT OF A PROBLEM OR AN EMERGENCY WILL I BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE?
Yes! At Genie you will always be able to speak with someone.  Genie is a company with 24 hour service.  We are on call 24 hours a day.  We offer emergency clean-up services as well as same day service.

4. WE ARE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWELS.  HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?
